Casa Susegad Boutique Heritage Resort Goais a restored colonial mansion
house in the village of Loutolim in South Goa.
It is set in one and a half acres of grounds surrounded by forest
and jungle in a quiet corner of the village. Life continues
around us as it has for decades, unspoiled by the trappings
and distractions of mass tourism. It can described as a boutique
Resort, a heritage guest house or simply a the place to relax.

Rooms are spacious and well appointed, with en-suite facilities
of a very high standard, a/c in 3 rooms, deep sprung mattresses
and every comfort. Each room opens out onto its own terrace
area with granite topped table, comfy chairs and canopy cover
if needed.
This in turn leads to own sunbed area next to the pool, where
guests can enjoy our 4ft wide sunbeds under traditional Rajasthani
sun umbrellas. Depth is 4ft 6" throughout.
The area abounds with wild life, with monkeys visiting most
days - particularly when our mango, cashew and other trees
are in fruit. The bird life - especially early morning and
dusk - is wonderful, with bird song filling the air.

Susegad is one of the largest such houses in the
village. Bedrooms are individually designed and decorated,
balancing rich colours and period furniture with deep, sprung
mattresses, crisp white bed linen and air conditioning. Casa
